Daniel Engel is leaving the Company for a senior role at a private company.
Stephan Bankosz , current CFO of the Company's primary operating subsidiary, will take over as interim CFO and Corporate Secretary of Vext, effective immediately.

Mr. Bankosz was appointed CFO of New Gen Holdings, Inc., ("New Gen"), Vext's primary operating subsidiary, in January 2021 . Additional finance resources will be recruited under Stephan to support Vext's growth plans.

Mr. Bankosz holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting and management information systems and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, with specialized certification in over 20 accounting and distribution programs.
